Autumn Leaves in Lovely Korea

To my deepest sadness, summer is officially over and fall has arrived in Korea. In fact, at this point it seems like fall is almost over as well - my two favorite seasons in Korea, spring and fall, are unfortunately much shorter than their counterparts. But, there's an upside to everything, and with the change of the season comes the vibrant and lovely colors of autumn leaves. Nature's last gift before the frigid cold settles in to stay. I've been taking pictures like a mad woman and I even managed to get a nice hike on Gyejoksan last Saturday. These are my favorites fall captures from the last few weeks.

Hope you enjoyed these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. I really do love fall! It has such a feeling of sweet melancholy - like poetry built into reality. Keep your eyes open for some awesome posts coming soon.. What do a 50 foot rubber duck, government apostille's, and a penis-shaped coffee jello dessert have in common? Me! ;)

As always please feel free to shoot me a line! I love hearing from readers, and I would love to hear from you! Tag me (@abeautifulview0) in your best fall photos on IG and I'll share my favorites! You can also find me on Facebook and Twitter.

Enjoy the beautiful view!
